Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic financial planning.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, expense reports, and payroll-related transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits of financial data to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Support tax preparation and filing by maintaining organized records and coordinating with external auditors.
- Generate ad-hoc financial reports and presentations for senior management as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or audit roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS and local tax regulations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
