Responsibility
- Prepare and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for factory operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Monitor and analyze production costs, variances, and financial performance to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with production and operations teams to align financial data with operational metrics and support cost-control initiatives.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting for manufacturing activities, providing data-driven insights to senior management.
- Maintain and reconcile inventory and fixed asset records, ensuring alignment with physical counts and financial statements.
- Support audit preparations by compiling documentation and addressing inquiries from internal or external auditors.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in financial reporting and analysis.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as requested by management to support strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Solid understanding of cost accounting principles and financial reporting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural team environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian is advantageous.
