Responsibility
- Process and record purchase invoices and payments accurately using accounting software.
- Reconcile bank statements and memorial journals to ensure financial records are up-to-date.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue payments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely collections.
- Prepare and distribute customer invoices and statements in compliance with company policies.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including financial reporting.
- Maintain organized financial documentation for audits and internal reviews.
- Provide support for ad-hoc financial analysis and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial compliance is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
