As a Network Engineer, you will ensure seamless connectivity, security, and performance across enterprise-grade networks, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs. Responsibility
- Design, configure, and deploy enterprise-grade network solutions (routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers).
- Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Troubleshoot complex network issues, including latency, packet loss, and security vulnerabilities.
- Implement and maintain VPN, VLAN, and QoS policies to enhance security and traffic prioritization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate network infrastructure with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Conduct regular network audits, penetration testing, and compliance checks to mitigate risks.
- Document network architectures, configurations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Provide 24/7 on-call support for critical network incidents and escalations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering, with expertise in Cisco, Juniper, or Huawei devices.
- Proven ability to configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls (e.g., Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA).
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, and VPN technologies.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, or equivalent are highly preferred.
- Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG, Wireshark).
- Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS VPC, Azure Virtual Network) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
