Responsibility
- Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware.
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability of IT services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Implement and maintain security protocols to protect company data and systems from cyber threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and support IT projects and initiatives.
- Provide technical support and training to employees on IT-related matters.
- Document IT processes, configurations, and procedures for future reference.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in IT infrastructure to recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure management, network administration, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, server management, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator are a plus.
- Willingness to travel between office locations in Bali as needed.
