Responsibility

  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide timely technical support to end-users, resolving issues related to computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Monitor and maintain network security, including firewalls, antivirus software, and data backups.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems, escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across various systems.
  • Conduct regular system updates, patches, and maintenance to prevent downtime.
  • Document IT processes, configurations, and resolutions for future reference.
  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers to procure and implement new technologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS, networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and troubleshooting tools.
  • Familiarity with hardware components, peripherals, and mobile device management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Indonesian to assist diverse users.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally between office locations in Bali.
