Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend architectures to support enterprise applications and microservices.
- Lead the integration of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) with internal and third-party applications, ensuring data consistency and real-time processing.
- Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints for seamless communication between frontend and backend systems.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot backend issues, and implement proactive solutions to enhance reliability and uptime.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on best practices for backend development, security, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, local laws) and implement robust security protocols for APIs and databases.
- Document backend processes, API specifications, and system architectures for internal knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in backend development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or assistant manager role.
- Proficiency in backend languages such as Java, Python, Node.js, or Go, and frameworks like Spring Boot, Django, or Express.js.
- Hands-on experience with ERP system integrations (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and API development (REST, SOAP, GraphQL).
- Strong knowledge of database systems (SQL, NoSQL) and ORM tools (Hibernate, Sequelize).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex backend systems under pressure.
- Strong communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate with global teams.
