Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable application solutions using modern frameworks and best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver high-performance software on time.
- Optimize existing applications for speed, security, and usability, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues, providing root-cause analysis and solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance application functionality.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and advocate for their adoption where applicable.
- Document technical processes, architectures, and workflows for team reference.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in application development (backend/frontend/full-stack).
- Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript (Node.js/React), or similar languages.
- Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and microservices architecture.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Passion for learning and adapting to new technologies in a fast-paced setting.
