As a Power Platform Specialist, you will design, develop, and deploy low-code applications using Power Apps and Power Automate to streamline business processes, enhance productivity, and deliver scalable solutions. Your expertise will empower teams to automate workflows and create intuitive, user-friendly applications without extensive coding.

Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy low-code applications using Power Apps and Power Automate to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process inefficiencies and propose automation solutions.
- Create and maintain custom connectors, flows, and business logic to integrate with existing systems.
- Optimize and troubleshoot Power Platform applications for performance, scalability, and user experience.
- Document technical specifications, user guides, and best practices for low-code development.
- Train and support end-users on Power Platform tools and applications.
- Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Power Platform features and industry trends.
- Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and licensing policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Power Platform Developer (Power Apps & Power Automate).
- Proven track record of delivering low-code solutions in a business or enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, etc.).
- Experience with Power BI (for data visualization) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Azure Logic Apps, SQL, or JavaScript for advanced customizations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with stakeholders.
- Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform (e.g., PL-100, PL-200) are highly desirable.
