Responsibility
- Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with business objectives to drive growth and operational excellence.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable technology roadmaps.
- Lead cross-functional projects from inception to delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget completion using Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Optimize processes and workflows by identifying inefficiencies and recommending tech-driven improvements.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across departments, fostering collaboration between IT and business teams.
- Oversee tool implementation (Jira, Trello, Confluence) to enhance team productivity and project transparency.
- Conduct business analysis to assess current systems, identify gaps, and propose scalable solutions.
- Monitor KPIs and metrics to measure the success of IT initiatives and report insights to leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, or IT Strategist in a tech-driven environment.
- Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Trello, Confluence).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience in stakeholder management and conflict resolution with a collaborative mindset.
- Familiarity with IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL) and enterprise architecture principles.
- Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or CBAP are highly advantageous.
