Responsibility
- Monitor and maintain server, network, and collaboration services (e.g., Microsoft 365, Active Directory, VPN) to ensure 99.9% uptime and optimal performance.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to troubleshoot, resolve, and prevent infrastructure-related incidents.
- Implement and enforce IT security policies, access controls, and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR).
- Design and deploy scalable infrastructure solutions, including cloud (AWS/Azure) and on-premise systems.
- Conduct regular capacity planning, performance tuning, and disaster recovery drills to mitigate risks.
- Automate routine tasks using scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash) to improve efficiency.
- Document infrastructure configurations, changes, and SOPs for knowledge sharing.
- Provide Level 2/3 support for complex technical issues escalated by the helpdesk.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSA, ITIL, AWS/Azure) are a plus.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, server administration, or network engineering.
- Hands-on expertise with Windows/Linux servers, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and networking (firewalls, switches, routers).
- Proficiency in collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to system monitoring and maintenance.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and hybrid environments.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to liaise with stakeholders.
- Fluency in English; Indonesian language skills are advantageous.
