Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable .NET Core applications and microservices.
- Architect robust, high-performance solutions using C#, ASP.NET, and SQL Server.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability through code reviews and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate testing to ensure high-quality, reliable software releases.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and advocate for the adoption of new technologies and frameworks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API).
- Proven experience in a Tech Lead or Senior Developer role, leading projects and teams.
- Strong proficiency in SQL Server, Entity Framework, and database design.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and optimize complex systems.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
