Responsibility
- Lead and oversee all aspects of data center physical infrastructure operations in Bali locations
- Manage and maintain critical systems including power distribution, cooling, and network hardware
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure 99.999% uptime
- Mentor and train junior technicians, fostering a culture of technical excellence
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support new deployments and infrastructure upgrades
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company security protocols
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support of critical systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data center operations or related technical field
- Proven expertise with power distribution systems (UPS, PDU, generators)
- Strong knowledge of cooling systems (CRAC/CRAH units, chillers)
- Experience with network cabling, patch panels, and fiber optics
- Familiarity with DCIM (Data Center Infrastructure Management) tools
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CDCP, CDFOM, CompTIA Server+) are a plus
