Responsibility
- Monitor and maintain the performance of internet connectivity across all company locations, including offices, warehouses, supermarkets, and farms.
- Ensure CCTV systems are operational and functioning optimally for security and surveillance purposes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network and IT-related issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular checks and maintenance on IT equipment, including routers, switches, and servers.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to implement and upgrade IT infrastructure as needed.
- Provide technical support and training to staff on IT systems and software.
- Document IT processes, issues, and resolutions for future reference and compliance.
- Assist in the installation and configuration of new IT equipment and software.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT support, network monitoring, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, network troubleshooting, and IT infrastructure.
- Familiarity with network protocols, hardware, and software used in business environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication skills in English and the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical staff.
- Certifications in IT support or networking (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to IT emergencies as needed.
