Responsibility
- Develop and execute the strategic vision for the IT GCC, ensuring alignment with global business goals and objectives.
- Oversee the financial performance of the GCC, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, leveraging emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency and business agility.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including global IT teams, business units, and external partners.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT leadership roles, with a proven track record of managing global IT operations.
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to drive digital transformation initiatives.
