Responsibility
- Develop and implement national sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing sales team to exceed quarterly and annual targets.
- Identify and capitalize on emerging market opportunities through data-driven insights and competitive analysis.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
- Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all sales activities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that boost brand visibility and demand.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance its market presence.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (National Sales Manager, Sales Director, etc.).
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and scaling sales operations.
- Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and closing skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
- Experience in market analysis, CRM tools, and sales automation (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to travel domestically as needed to support sales initiatives.
