As a Sales Project Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed targets. Based in Bali’s most sought-after locations—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung—you’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your efforts directly impact the company’s success.

Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and follow-ups.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned region (Bali).
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and performance metrics in CRM systems.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company’s presence.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Age maximum 35 years old (as per company policy).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
