Responsibility
- Proactively identify and engage B2B prospects through outbound calls, emails, and digital channels.
- Deliver persuasive sales pitches to close high-value deals and meet/exceed monthly targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
- Track sales activities and pipeline progress using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings to refine sales strategies.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Participate in regular training to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a BPO or tech-driven environment.
- Proven ability to hardsell and negotiate with C-level executives.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple accounts.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a remote, target-driven role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
- Experience in SaaS, telecom, or outsourcing sales is a plus.
