Responsibility

  • Proactively identify and engage B2B prospects through outbound calls, emails, and digital channels.
  • Deliver persuasive sales pitches to close high-value deals and meet/exceed monthly targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
  • Track sales activities and pipeline progress using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings to refine sales strategies.
  • Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Participate in regular training to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a BPO or tech-driven environment.
  • Proven ability to hardsell and negotiate with C-level executives.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple accounts.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a remote, target-driven role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • Experience in SaaS, telecom, or outsourcing sales is a plus.
