Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Isuzu commercial vehicles in Bali.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, including logistics companies, construction firms, and government agencies.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups, product demonstrations, and after-sales support.
- Provide expert product knowledge on Isuzuâs range of trucks and buses, highlighting features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Prepare and present customized sales proposals and financing options to meet client needs and budget requirements.
- Collaborate with the marketing and service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences from inquiry to delivery.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the commercial vehicle market.
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and CRM updates to track performance and customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven sales experience (2+ years) in the automotive, commercial vehicle, or B2B sales industry is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Deep knowledge of commercial vehicles (trucks, buses) or willingness to undergo product training.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local languages (e.g., Balinese) are a plus.
- Valid driverâs license and willingness to travel across Bali for client meetings.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
