Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand and optimize the dealer network across Bali.
- Lead and manage flagship facility projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, providing support and guidance to enhance their performance.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align dealer strategies with overall business goals.
- Monitor and evaluate dealer performance, implementing corrective actions as needed to achieve targets.
- Conduct regular training and development programs for dealers to ensure they are equipped with the latest knowledge and skills.
- Prepare and present reports on dealer network performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in dealer management, sales, or business development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully expanding and managing dealer networks.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Experience in project management, with a focus on facility development and operational excellence.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools for dealer management.
