Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets and expand market share.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders to drive long-term business growth.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the food or FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and strategic planning abilities.
- Deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and industry trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Willingness to travel and engage with clients across Bali and beyond.
