Responsibility

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the food or FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate teams.
