Responsibility

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for premium furniture lines in Bali’s high-end markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, architects, contractors, and property developers to generate project-based sales.
  • Conduct consultative sales presentations in showrooms, client sites, or virtual meetings, showcasing product features, customization options, and value propositions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to organize and promote showroom events, product launches, and exclusive client viewings.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to identify new opportunities and refine sales approaches.
  • Prepare and submit detailed sales reports, forecasts, and client proposals using CRM tools.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales service, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events in Bali and beyond.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in furniture, interior design, or luxury retail.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with a client-centric approach.
  • Existing network of contacts in Bali’s design, construction, or hospitality industries is a major advantage.
  • Fluency in English (required) and Bahasa Indonesia (preferred).
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) and occasionally to Jakarta for meetings.
