Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank partners to drive bancassurance sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Identify and engage potential clients through banking channels, offering tailored insurance and financial solutions.
- Conduct needs-based assessments to recommend appropriate insurance products that align with clients' financial goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a seamless sales process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline sales processes, improve customer experience, and enhance product offerings.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive products to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Participate in sales training, workshops, and team meetings to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in bancassurance, insurance, or financial services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and partners.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Knowledge of insurance products, financial planning, or bancassurance is highly desirable.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
