Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank partners to drive bancassurance sales and achieve monthly targets.
  • Identify and engage potential clients through banking channels, offering tailored insurance and financial solutions.
  • Conduct needs-based assessments to recommend appropriate insurance products that align with clients' financial goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a seamless sales process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline sales processes, improve customer experience, and enhance product offerings.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive products to provide informed recommendations to clients.
  • Participate in sales training, workshops, and team meetings to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in bancassurance, insurance, or financial services.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and partners.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
