Responsibility

  • Act as the primary point of contact for escalated Pro issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Design and execute initiatives to increase Pro loyalty and long-term success.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
