Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, including businesses, hotels, and corporate accounts in Bali.
- Identify, qualify, and convert leads into new membership sign-ups and bulk sales opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Landersâ membership benefits and product offerings.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and strategic account management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local promotions, events, and campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, retail sales, or business development, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a focus on achieving sales goals.
- Familiarity with Baliâs business landscape and local market dynamics is a strong advantage.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
