Responsibility

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Bali’s hospitality, retail, and food service sectors.
  • Conduct professional product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including hotels, restaurants, and distributors.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the Bali market.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and customer insights to management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food & beverage or hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with Bali’s hospitality and retail markets is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to travel frequently within Bali to meet clients and attend events.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
