Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective strategies and persistence.
  • Present and demonstrate product/service features to potential clients with clarity and confidence.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field (fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Indonesian.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and adapt to flexible working hours.
  • High energy, resilience, and a passion for achieving results.
  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
