Responsibility
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of financial advisors to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Performance Monitoring: Track individual and team performance, providing coaching and feedback to optimize results.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Compliance & Training: Ensure all advisors adhere to company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to refine sales approaches.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, challenges, and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales management, preferably in financial services or insurance.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
