As a key player in our retail sales team, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with retailers, ensuring product availability, and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed targets. Your role will involve direct engagement with clients, market analysis, and collaborative efforts with the broader sales and marketing teams.

Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential retail clients in the assigned territory (Bali region).
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned products.
- Monitor product stock levels at retailer locations and ensure timely replenishment to avoid out-of-stock situations.
- Conduct regular market visits to gather competitor intelligence and customer feedback.
- Execute promotional activities, trade marketing initiatives, and in-store merchandising to boost product visibility and sales.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the sales management team.
- Collaborate with the distribution team to ensure efficient product delivery and resolve any logistical issues.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing retailer concerns and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA) or equivalent; all majors are welcome.
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative, Salesman, or similar role in the FMCG industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with the Bali market and existing retailer networks is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic sales reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory (own vehicle/motorcycle is preferred).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about sales and customer service.
