Responsibility
- Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities within the food and beverage industry in Bali.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, including manufacturers, restaurants, and food producers.
- Provide technical expertise and tailored solutions to meet clients' food ingredient needs.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including R&D and marketing, to develop and promote innovative ingredient solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and stakeholders.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the food ingredients or F&B industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of food ingredients, their applications, and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
