Responsibility
- Plan and execute a systematic schedule of customer calls and visitations to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Assist in identifying and targeting potential customers to expand the company's market reach.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Participate in sales training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed in sales.
- Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
