Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the tech sector, with a focus on enterprise and SME clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and drive adoption.
- Prepare and deliver compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights to refine strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the tech industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of technology solutions, including software, SaaS, or IT services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics.
- Familiarity with the Southeast Asian market, particularly Indonesia, is highly advantageous.
