Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets for heavy equipment and harvesting machinery.
  • Identify and engage potential clients, including construction firms, agricultural businesses, and industrial operators, to generate new business opportunities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations to showcase the value and capabilities of Hakata Power Machineries’ equipment.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to develop customized solutions that address client-specific needs and challenges.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and improve product offerings.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management on a regular basis.
  • Represent Hakata Power Machineries at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in sales, preferably in heavy equipment, construction machinery, or industrial products.
  • Strong understanding of heavy equipment, harvesting units, or construction-related products and their applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively across Bali for client meetings and site visits.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to manage client relationships and track sales performance.
