Responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, promotional plans, and customer engagement initiatives to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize team productivity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align sales efforts with broader business objectives.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team’s product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to senior management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
