Responsibility

  • Identify and engage potential clients through outreach, networking, and lead generation strategies.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of ECOUNT ERP solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and proposing tailored ERP solutions.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth implementation and client satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer service standards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and ERP advancements to position ECOUNT as a market leader.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company’s reach.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in software, ERP, or IT solutions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them in a client-friendly manner.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales methodologies is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
