Responsibility
- Lead and manage a team of insurance agents to achieve monthly and quarterly sales premium targets.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent for the agency network.
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to ensure agents are well-versed in products, sales techniques, and compliance.
- Monitor and evaluate agent performance, providing coaching and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create localized sales campaigns tailored to Bali’s diverse customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners in the region.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; insurance certifications are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a leadership role.
- Strong recruitment, training, and team development skills with a focus on high-performance cultures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Deep understanding of insurance products, sales processes, and regulatory frameworks in Indonesia.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a results-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel across Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) as required.
