Responsibility
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to match them with suitable job opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for successful candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and placements.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscapes.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly placement targets to maximize commission earnings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or a related field is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and clients.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to succeed in a commission-based role.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
