Responsibility
- Contact and engage with pre-qualified leads via phone, email, or chat to discuss insurance solutions.
- Educate clients on life, health, or property insurance products tailored to their needs.
- Assess client requirements and recommend customized insurance plans.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details in CRM systems.
- Follow up with prospects to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings.
- Collaborate with the team to meet monthly sales targets.
