Responsibility
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the FMCG and supermarket sectors across Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and surrounding areas.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market share and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key decision-makers in the industry.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, gaps, and potential areas for business expansion.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to prospective clients and partners.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable deals and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, logistics) to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, KPIs, and market feedback to refine business approaches.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the FMCG, retail, or supermarket industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and sales forecasting tools.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
