Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets in the metal industry.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales pitches and promotional materials.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to close deals efficiently.
- Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to inform sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in inside sales, preferably in the metal, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
