Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to exceed targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.

- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure alignment and execution of sales initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the food or FMCG industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Experience in market analysis and business development.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
