Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for truck and bus divisions in the corporate segment.
- Identify, negotiate, and close high-value deals with major corporate clients, including logistics companies, government agencies, and fleet operators.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, setting KPIs, monitoring performance, and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities in the commercial vehicle sector.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs, including financing options and after-sales support.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers through regular engagement, presentations, and contract renewals.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in corporate sales, with at least 5 years in the automotive industry (truck/bus segment preferred).
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing large corporate accounts.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of commercial vehicle markets, including fleet management, logistics, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in team leadership, coaching, and performance management.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel regionally as required and based in Bali, Indonesia.
