Responsibility

  • Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including LinkedIn, industry databases, and cold outreach.
  • Develop and execute targeted lead generation strategies to expand the client base.
  • Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, and decision-making authority.
  • Nurture prospects through personalized follow-ups, emails, and calls to move them through the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
  • Track and analyze lead generation metrics to optimize performance and ROI.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare and present reports on lead generation activities and pipeline growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in lead generation, business development, or sales roles.
  • Strong research and analytical skills to identify high-potential prospects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with B2B sales processes and lead qualification frameworks.
  • Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and a track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required.
