Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive musculoskeletal assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions.
- Deliver evidence-based interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modalities like dry needling or shockwave therapy.
- Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons, sports medicine doctors, and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated patient care.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, posture correction, and long-term rehabilitation strategies.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and progress notes in compliance with AHPC and local regulatory standards.
- Participate in weekly case discussions and peer reviews to enhance clinical expertise.
- Contribute to community outreach programs, workshops, or wellness events to promote physiotherapy awareness.
- Stay updated with the latest research and techniques in musculoskeletal physiotherapy through continuous professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) or equivalent international licensing.
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, with a focus on manual therapy or sports rehabilitation.
- Proven track record of managing complex cases, including post-operative rehabilitation, chronic pain, and sports injuries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with a diverse patient base.
- Certification in advanced techniques (e.g., Mulligan, McKenzie, or dry needling) is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is advantageous.
