Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality iOS and Android applications using frameworks like React Native, Flutter, or native SDKs (Swift/Kotlin).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend developers) to deliver feature-rich, bug-free mobile apps.
- Optimize app performance for speed, scalability, and battery efficiency, ensuring a smooth user experience.
- Implement secure authentication, data encryption, and compliance with industry standards (e.g., GDPR, OWASP).
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with unit and integration testing.
- Stay updated with emerging mobile trends (e.g., AR/VR, AI/ML integrations) and propose innovative solutions.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across multiple devices and OS versions, ensuring 99%+ app stability.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers to uphold best practices.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in mobile app development (iOS/Android) with a portfolio of live apps.
- Proficiency in React Native, Flutter, Swift, Kotlin, or Java; experience with both platforms is a plus.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and backend integration (Firebase, Node.js, etc.).
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Bitrise).
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles and tools like Figma or Adobe XD for designer collaboration.
- Knowledge of app store deployment (Google Play, Apple App Store) and compliance guidelines.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Excellent English communication skills for team coordination and client interactions.
