Responsibility
- Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, resources, and timelines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business analysts, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, particularly in cybersecurity and data protection.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports on project status.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization and innovation.
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations to support project objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, with a strong track record of delivering complex technology projects.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile) is highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of digital payments, cybersecurity, compliance, and system integration.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
