Responsibility
- Lead the design and implementation of ERP solutions tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Develop and maintain ERP architecture roadmaps and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and developers.
- Ensure seamless integration of ERP systems with existing business processes.
- Conduct system audits and performance optimizations to enhance efficiency.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in ERP and enterprise architecture.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance ERP system functionality and user experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in ERP architecture and solutions design.
- Proven expertise in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong understanding of business processes and workflows in various industries.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
- Certification in ERP solutions (e.g., SAP Certified Architect) is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid environment.
