Responsibility
- Design, develop, and oversee the implementation of MEP systems for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects in Bali.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems into building designs.
- Conduct feasibility studies, energy analyses, and cost estimations to optimize system performance and sustainability.
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and reports using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP).
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, international standards, and best practices in MEP engineering.
- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems to guarantee functionality and safety.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during construction and post-occupancy phases.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and technical staff.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and innovations in MEP engineering.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. A Masterās degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP engineering, with a focus on residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other MEP design software.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, international standards (e.g., ASHRAE, NFPA), and sustainability practices.
- Experience with energy-efficient systems, renewable energy integration, and smart building technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
