Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to maximize the adoption of GSK’s adult vaccines in assigned territories.
- Engage and educate healthcare professionals (HCPs) on vaccine efficacy, safety, and clinical benefits through scientific presentations and data-driven discussions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Medical Affairs, Supply Chain) to ensure seamless product launches and campaign execution.
- Organize and lead advisory boards, symposia, and continuing medical education (CME) events to position GSK as a thought leader.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations.
- Leverage CRM tools to track interactions, manage pipelines, and generate actionable insights for territory optimization.
- Advocate for patient access by working with payers, institutions, and government bodies to secure formulary inclusion and reimbursement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, or related life sciences (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical marketing, or healthcare business development, with a focus on vaccines or biologics.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive healthcare market.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex scientific data for diverse audiences.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian healthcare regulations, reimbursement systems, and market dynamics.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal) is mandatory.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable with a customer-centric mindset.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
