Responsibility
- Deliver professional nursing care to employees and clients in occupational health settings.
- Conduct health screenings, vaccinations, and medical assessments as required by corporate health programs.
- Manage and administer first aid and emergency care in workplace incidents.
- Maintain accurate patient records, health documentation, and reporting in compliance with regulations.
- Educate employees on health, safety, and wellness best practices.
- Collaborate with occupational health physicians and healthcare teams to develop workplace health initiatives.
- Ensure clinic or on-site health facilities are well-stocked, clean, and operational.
- Monitor and report on workplace health trends and recommend preventive measures.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indonesia (STR and SIP active).
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in occupational health, corporate nursing, or general practice.
- Strong knowledge of first aid, emergency response, and health assessment protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with occupational health regulations and workplace safety standards.
- Proficient in medical documentation and digital health records.
- Willingness to travel to client sites across Bali (e.g., Canggu, Ubud, Kuta, Nusa Dua).
